Its has been a great time for the past 4 months (time since i have taken my first job in SAP). I have been doing good work, meeting
great people and working with a smart team & technology and lot more .....
Today, i took some time to analyze how my initial 4 months were and what was the learnings from that? .....

Confidence, Enthusiam and Motivation are the major keys for success in any IT job. Whatever you may be, if you don't have the
above, your desire for success will ultimately fail. Don't creep in PANIC and FRUSTRATION into yourself, these will definitely bring
you down in no point of time.

Everyone have desire to learn new things and i too have it. I have questions to myself, What did i learn today?... What did i learn
this week?... The answer to this question after my intial training was "Nothing". Learn something new, everytime you get a oppurtunity or whenever you are free. (This would be the best solution to kill the free
time u get during the office rather than spending it for surfing, chatting and browsing.)

Get along with the team. (Its the ultimate mantra, if you want to be happy and enjoy your days during work).

I spend about 12 hours in the office daily... But the real factor is, how much time was i doing effective work?.. Initially this ratio was
low but i am trying to improve the effective usage time.

Another question that arises often to my mind, How do i spend the leisure time in my home and weekends?..Options
Watching TV (Its really boring after you do that for a while).
Reading books (Pretty hard to understand... so i started reading kumudham and ananda vikatan... Pretty time waste)
Meeting friends and Visiting new places (Very interesting but very tired at the end of the day and have no mood to go to office on the next week day).
Playing something ...(Very good option to keep your self fit)

Lot to think more and write but not having time today, will definitely do it once i get some time free.
