Team outbound training to Coorg ...

Dec 14-Dec 16 was a big break after having a tough time for the past 2 months. We(41 of our team) started to the Coorg on Dec 14 afternoon for the team outbound training in Mahindra resort.

The activities were good that it help me us as a team and also as an individual.The food was good and the party in the nights also. The saying "we work hard and we also party too hard" was true 100% percent.

Life is an learning curve and these 2 days had a big impact on this curve.
Few learnings that would personally influence my life and career was identified in my part.
*) Panic : If i panic or feel frustrated, due to something, i will never suceed in completing the activity.(this was true in all the activities, we took up). HAVING A COOL HEAD WILL HELP A LOT IN THOSE SITUATIONS.

*) Communication : Communication is more important,.. Its just as simple as this.. Conveying what i am thinking to others ... We might have great ideas but unless we communicate, it is like without ideas.

*) Get to know people better and made some friends too...
These type of activities not only give a refreshing break but also have a great influence in the learning curve of our life.

Two great days in my life got over and Back to office and time to think a bit and take the learnings from the wonderful trip and march towards success.
